Job summary

EPS Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the single point of accountability for a global IT services workforce supporting ARTRANS C4ISR and distribution operations. You will own cost, schedule, quality, and staffing outcomes from Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, with enterprise oversight of CONUS/OCONUS sites.

Requirements include 8+ years in DoD/Federal IT programs, SECRET clearance, and experience managing large multi-site programs; PMP or higher degree and ITIL/ISO 9001

Qualifications

• 8+ years of DoD or federal IT services program management experience.
• SECRET clearance (final, adjudicated) and U.S. citizenship for clearance.
• Experience leading large, multi-site government IT services programs; PMP or higher degree recommended.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with the KO and COR; direct all contractor personnel and set work schedules.
• Develop and maintain the Task Order Management Plan, including org chart, staffing plan, subcontractor management plan, and recruiting/retention plan.
• Deliver the Monthly Status and Cost Report and lead quarterly In-Process Reviews.
• Own performance against the QASP, manage the Risk Register, and manage Phase I to Phase II transition/descoping execution.
• Ensure staffing fill milestones: Key Personnel.
• Accountable for prime and subcontractor quality, and Section 508 compliance.

• Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-site government IT services programs (recommended: PMP; bachelor's/master's in a relevant field)
• ITIL Foundation or higher; ISO 9001:2015 quality-management familiarity
