Northrop Grumman’s Space Systems sector is looking for aSenior Program Manager (ProgramManager 3)to support the Advanced Responsive Capabilities Operating Unit segment of the Mission, Capabilities, and Operations Business Unit in the Space Superiority Division, based in our Dulles, VA facility. A successful candidate works well in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to support the customer’s most critical missions. This new production program will deliver first-of-its-kind operational capability, and the PM will be critical to establish this new product line.
The primary objective will be the delivery of all contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving all technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to support value creation strategies and actions. The individual will lead a cross-functional organization aligned to common program performance goals.
Program Managers are responsible for leading all phases of the program life cycle from inception (proposal development) through startup, execution, and completion (contract closeout). Primary Level Salary Range: $193,000.00 - $289,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
