Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced Program Manager 2 to lead the B-2 & Air Combat Systems development team on-site. You will drive program performance, manage cost, schedule, and technical execution, and coordinate with engineering, plans, production, and supply chain to meet objectives.

The role requires a STEM bachelor’s with 9+ years (or a STEM master’s with 7+ years) and an active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 9+ years of related experience or Master’s degree with 7+ years; DoD program mgmt experience preferred.
• Experience with EVMS and IMS; able to manage suppliers to schedule and budget.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, plans, schedules, production, quality, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage profit and loss for assigned programs and ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and align execution across functions.
• Oversee supplier performance and end-to-end lifecycle of procurement for program material.
