Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet is seeking a Program Manager in San Jose, CA to lead end-to-end program management for customer NPI products through the contract manufacturing process. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, and budget oversight to ensure on-time delivery.

Required BS/BA/Master in engineering or business with 5+ years in program management; English fluency is required and Mandarin is a plus. Knowledge of electronics manufacturing and supply chain is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Holding cross-functional project status meetings.
• Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects
• Decide on suitable strategies and objectives

POSITION: Program Manager

JOB FUNCTION:

The Program Manager will be mainly responsible for managing the program implementation of a customer’s product through the contract manufacturing process. You will also be responsible for assigned projected planning, scheduling and oversight of hardware fabrication efforts, and ensure contractual deliveries are made on time and within budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:BS/BA/master degree in engineering, business, management or a relevant field. Knowledge in electronic manufacturing and supply chain a plus.

EXPERIENCE:A minimum of 5 years in program management experience. Experience in electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.

LANGUAGE:Proficiency in English required. Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred but not required.
