Job summary

Components Express, a 2Connect company, is seeking a Program Manager to steward strategic and technically complex programs within the Semiconductor Business Line. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, customers, and suppliers to align requirements and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven leadership experience in Program Management within semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing
• Ability to leverage latest technologies to increase organizational performance
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with multi-priority management
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (approx. once every other month)

About the Role

As our Program Manager, you’ll bring structure, oversight, and momentum to our most strategic and technically complex programs within our Semiconductor Business Line. You’ll lead company-wide initiatives, ensuring that customer requirements, internal deliverables, and supplier agreements align seamlessly.

In this role, you’ll be the force that creates clarity and brings alignment, structure, and momentum across engineering, operations, supply chain, customers, and suppliers to ensure our ambitions truly land in the organization.

What You Bring

• Proven leadership experience in Program Management or Project Management within the semiconductor, electronics, high-tech manufacturing, or related industry.
• You have an affinity for technology with the ability to leverage the latest technologies to increase organizational performance.
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while remaining calm under pressure.
• Ability to switch effortlessly between strategic oversight and operational details to bring structure.
• Confidence in influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse teams.
• Solid communication skills with the ability to clearly convey decisions.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Amenable to up to 10% travel, approximately once every other month.
