Job summary

Living Innovations is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee Maine home and community-based waiver services from our Windham (and Casco) offices. The role emphasizes delivering person-centered services that promote independence, choice, and inclusion.

You will supervise a team of service coordinators and providers, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong relationships with families and community partners. A background in IDD leadership is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience leading teams providing service oversight in the IDD field.
• Valid state driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration.
• Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the individual intake process and caseload allocation.
• Supervise and support service coordinators, ensuring quality care and support for individuals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, caregivers, and community partners.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Job Details: Job Location: Windham Office - Windham, ME 04092, Education Level: High School or GED, Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary/year, Living Innovations is committed to being Maine's preferred provider of Shared Living, Community Support, In-Home Support, and other services. We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Program Manager to oversee Maine home and community-based waiver services. This role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that promote independence, choice, and inclusion within the community. The Program Manager is responsible for fostering cultural alignment in their assigned areas of responsibility while supporting a team of service coordinators and providers. Prior experience successfully leading teams providing service oversight within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) community is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will need supervisory experience, excellent organizational skills, and a track record of leadership. This position can be based out of our Windham or Casco office and will requires coverage for both offices.
