Job summary

PCI Productions, LLC in the Washington, D.C./Northern Virginia area seeks a Program Manager for a forthcoming contract. The role entails directing day-to-day contract management, coordinating contract personnel, and delivering peer review and IT services.

You will report to government stakeholders, organize planning and production, and establish a communications program with government partners to ensure effective and economical results; the position is contingent on award/funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
• 15 years of experience including 10 years of program and project management.
• Experience in team management and government stakeholder relationships.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Performs day-to-day management of the overall contract, contract personnel, and/or significant studies and evaluations of unusual complexity.
• Responsible for delivery of peer review support services and information technology delivery.
• Reports to government stakeholders about progress.
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities.
• Establishes and maintains a communications program with government stakeholders.
• Resolves problems identified by government stakeholders.
• Establishes and alters (as necessary) corporate management structure to maintain and sustain effective and economical results to government stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
• 15 years of experience including 10 years of program and project management
• Experience in team management
• Experience managing government stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrates significant written and oral communication skills.
