Job summary

Cybermedia Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a federal government contract from its McLean, VA base. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and a PMP certification, with 10+ years in senior program management and proven experience handling complex contracts.

You will oversee staffing, risk mitigation, and cross-team coordination, delivering status reports to government stakeholders and ensuring successful execution across all teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager or in senior leadership roles.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Proven experience managing complex contracts and interconnected projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide overall leadership, management, and oversight for a federal government contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex programs and multiple interconnected projects.

• Clearance: Required Active TS/SCI security clearance

Pay Range-

$165K/yr- $175K/yr+ Benefits(Compensation and employment offer are negotiable and will be finalized based on the candidate’s relevant experience and interview assessment.)
