Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager (Finance) to lead and oversee the execution of complex customer programs from our Phoenix, AZ site on a Hybrid schedule. Reporting to the Program Director, you will shape strategic direction, manage program scope, schedule, budget, and risk, mentor teams, ensure quality and timely delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders worldwide.

Program Manager (Finance)

As a Program Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of customer programs.

You will report directly to our Program Director and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, your impact will be comprehensive, encompassing strategic direction, program execution, team leadership, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, mentoring and development, innovation, compliance, and program growth.

Responsibilities
