This on-site role follows a 9/80 work schedule and reports to the Program Director. Applicants should bring 6+ years of program management or engineering experience in aerospace, with strong leadership and knowledge of industry

Qualifications

Job Description

As a Program Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead and manage engineering programs within the aerospace sector. Your ability to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams will help align projects with business goals and customer requirements. By developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, you will ensure efficient project execution and delivery. You will report directly to our Program Director, and you’ll work out of our Lansdale, PA location. This position requires working on-site and a 9/80 work schedule. In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of aerospace engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Lead and manage aerospace/defense programs to ensure successful execution and delivery
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience in Program management or Engineering roles within aerospace or related fields
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex aerospace engineering projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and project management skills specific to aerospace programs
• Experience with aerospace industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies relevant to aerospace engineering
