Overview of position

FEDITC is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to work in Tampa, FL. A United States Citizenship and an active Top Secret (TS) with SCI eligibility and Counterintelligence Polygraph is required to be considered for this position.

This is an upcoming opportunity contingent on contract award.

Responsibilities

The Program Manager (PM) will serve as the primary interface between USSOCOM and the contractor team for the EAGLE-I program. The PM will lead all aspects of program execution, ensuring mission objectives are achieved in accordance with cost, schedule, performance, and quality standards. The PM will oversee ISR support operations, SATCOM architecture, and enterprise-level technology initiatives directly supporting special operations warfighter readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level leadership, strategic vision, and day-to-day management of the EAGLE-I Task Order
  • Serve as the principal point of contact (POC) with USSOCOM stakeholders
  • Develop and implement program management plans, risk matrices, communications plans, and quality assurance controls
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across ISR, SATCOM, and transport capabilities (GEO, LEO, MEO architectures)
  • Ensure mission alignment with USSOCOM operational objectives and enterprise priorities
  • Oversee resource allocation, workforce management, contract compliance, and subcontractor coordination
  • Provide regular program reporting, performance assessments, and financial oversight
Qualifications

Required Experience/Skills:

  • U.S. Citizen; must possess an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Minimum of 8 years of program management experience within the last 10 years on DoD or Joint projects of similar scope and complexity
  • Demonstrated management of at least one program involving ISR support
  • Experience with GEO, LEO, and MEO satellite transport capabilities and satellite modem technologies
  • Current PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
  • Strong understanding of USSOCOM mission sets and operational environment
Desired Experience / Skills
  • 5+ years managing geographically dispersed teams
  • 8+ years of DoD or Joint Service project experience (within last 15 years)
Education
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field. Desire is a master’s degree in the same fields of study.
Certifications
  • Current PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program
Clearance
  • Top Secret (TS) with SCI eligibility and Counter Intelligence Polygraph
  • Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.
  • Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
