Program Manager - St. Louis, MO (Remote Role/Open to Remote Candidates)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (core collaboration hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM CST)
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in program or project management (preferably within marketing or branding).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Strategic Communication, or a related field.
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and workstreams simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating with marketing agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with workflow management tools (e.g., Workfront).
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction while maintaining alignment with team goals.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to or experience using Acquia (cloud platform for digital experiences).
- Familiarity with social media content planning and performance analysis.
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
- Background in the financial services industry a plus.

- Our client is seeking a Program Manager to support the strategic coordination of brand content efforts across marketing communications.
- This role requires an experienced program leader who can manage multiple workstreams, align agency deliverables, coordinate content strategies, and support the execution of omnichannel brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives aligned with organizational marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to align and track content activities.
- Facilitate and document content planning for national and regional campaigns.
- Support content summits through preparation, documentation, and outcome tracking.
- Oversee and update internal content processes and maintain the Brand Portal.
- Manage budget tracking, invoicing, and reporting related to brand programs.
- Ensure consistent use of Workfront to track workflows, assignments, and performance metrics.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities across projects and escalate as needed.
- Lead content-related meetings and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Deliver clear reporting and documentation of program status, deliverables, and timelines.
