Two Six Technologies is seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy Program Manager for an Intelligence Community program. The PM serves as the primary customer liaison, overseeing all aspects of the program from planning to execution, ensuring schedules and client goals are met.

The role collaborates closely with the Technical Lead and Product Manager to align software development activities with program milestones, budgets, and staffing.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Program Management role managing complex, multi-faceted programs.
• Experience in managing programs with subcontractors.
• Skilled in DevOps technologies, tools, and capabilities.
• Experience in an AGILE environment and adapting AGILE to program needs.
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leadership.
• Understanding of Government contracts, budget cycles, and staffing processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and brief senior leadership on priorities, status, resources, and budgets.
• Staff and execute the program with subcontractors and teams.
• Conduct TEMs to resolve delivery issues with Government Program Office officials and our teams.
• Improve operations using AGILE principles and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Mentor and develop staff, aligning career opportunities with the program.
• Ensure all financial and contractual documents and processes are followed.

Two Six Technologies is seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy Program Manager for an Intelligence Community (IC) program. The PM is the primary representative to the customer and responsible for all aspects of program oversight. This role involves strategic planning, contract and personnel management, risk management, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within the program. The PM acts as a key point of contact and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and project-level support to achieve the program’s mission. The Program Manager will work closely with the Technical Lead and Product Manager and will be responsible for ensuring software development activities are on schedule and meeting client goals.

Location: Locations are Englewood, CO or Herndon, VA

What you will do:

• Engage with and brief senior leadership on upcoming priorities, accomplishments, status, resources, budget actions, etc.
• Work with a team of subcontractors to staff and execute the program
• Conduct TEMs to discuss key delivery issues and questions between Government Program Office officials and our tech teams
• Improve operations using AGILE principles and related tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) that align to customer mission needs
• Provide personnel management and mentorship; develop our people in their careers and align their interests with opportunities on the program
• Ensure all financial and contractual documents and processes are adhered to

What you will need:

• Experience in a Program Management role, successfully managing complex, multi-faceted programs
• Experience in managing programs with subcontractors
• Skilled in DevOps technologies, tools, and capabilities
• Experience in an AGILE environment, with a solid understanding of how to adapt AGILE principles to meet program-specific needs
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to senior leadership
• General understanding of Government contracts, budget cycles, and resource staffing processes
• Great organizational skills – at the individual and program levels (scheduling, resource management, space management, etc.)

Nice If You Have Experience with:

• Understanding of Intelligence Community customers and their priorities
• Knowledge and experience with SIGINT programs
• Experience working with very tech-centric employees and teams

Clearance Requirement:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
