Job description

Position Summary:

MissionRT is seeking a highly capable Program Manager to lead end-to-end deployment, partner coordination, operational test execution, customer rollout, and broader cross-functional programs in support of MissionRT’s public safety and federal operations platform initiatives. Our platform unifies dispatch, records management, mobile field operations, analytics, and integrations with existing systems and sensors. This role is responsible for turning architecture, partner capabilities, customer requirements, internal priorities, and contractual deliverables into successful execution across both customer-facing and internal programs. This is a mid to senior individual contributor role with strong ownership, accountability, and customer-facing responsibility. The right candidate will be technically fluent, highly organized, and comfortable driving action across multiple organizations to ensure work is planned well, executed well, and adopted successfully.
