TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a global IT infrastructure team, based in Santa Clara, CA. This contract role focuses on project execution, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination across time zones, with emphasis on Jira/ServiceNow governance and AI-driven automation.

You will lead multiple concurrent projects, coordinate with vendors and APAC stakeholders, and drive standardized processes for efficient handoffs and global scalability.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of project management experience in IT infrastructure or data center environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and ServiceNow, including dashboard creation and ongoing management.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across global teams and time zones.
• Experience with vendor and supply chain coordination, including working with manufacturers and distributors.
• Familiar with AI tools and process automation, translating emerging tech into operational improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to operate with composure in evolving organizations with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Jira dashboards, including data quality reviews, ticket tracking, and reporting improvements across active projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for APAC team members on Jira processes and ticket management, supporting knowledge transfer and process clarity across regions.
• Support RESS new build projects and low voltage design planning, including vendor and supply chain coordination with manufacturers and distributors.
• Manage cable demand forecasting, part number tracking, lead time visibility, and bill of materials structure.
• Lead AI adoption efforts for process automation initiatives, including phased rollouts starting with standardized tasks before expanding globally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on low voltage design execution, project handoffs, and process maturity improvements.
• Identify and close gaps in existing workflows, particularly where processes contain gray areas or inconsistent execution.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $86.00/hr.
