Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Telehealth Program Manager to develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for its telehealth programs across MaineHealth's system, coordinating with clinical, IT, operations, marketing, and analytics teams.

You will lead sessions with experts and vendors, maintain design backlogs, allocate resources, document rollouts, and collect feedback to ensure adoption throughout the design and implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or relevant field preferred.
  • Two years of program management experience required; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Licensure/certification may be preferred or required based on scope of role.
  • Strong facilitation and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sessions with subject matter experts and vendors.
  • Maintain design backlogs and prioritize features.
  • Collaborate with clinical, IT, operations, marketing and analytics teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Summary:

The Telehealth Program Manager will develop and execute new program vision, strategy, and roadmaps for MaineHealth's telehealth programs while managing new program development initiatives from ideation through launch. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with clinical, IT, operations, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver scalable solutions that create meaningful impact for patients across Maine's largest healthcare system. Key responsibilities include leading sessions with subject matter experts and vendors, maintaining design backlogs, and making strategic decisions about resource allocation and feature prioritization. The position requires coordinating program rollouts with comprehensive documentation while establishing processes to continuously collect and analyze user feedback throughout the design and implementation lifecycle. Success in this role depends on breaking down roadmaps into manageable increments, monitoring post-release performance, and partnering closely with clinical operations teams to validate concepts and ensure program adoption. A clinical background or patient-facing experience is a plus.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or relevant field preferred. Master's Degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Licensure/certification may be preferred or required based on scope of role.
  3. Experience: Two years of program management or related work experience required. Three years of healthcare experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $77,147.20to $104,353.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
