Coordinates student services, program logistics, and compliance with academic policies and timelines to support effective program delivery.**Job Description**The Program Manager manages administrative operations, including admissions, onboarding, communications, and activities for the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy’s Online Educational Initiatives. This includes the Master of Health Care Innovation (MHCI)—a high-touch, cohort-based online degree—and related graduate programs. They coordinate compliance withacademic policies and timelines to support effective program delivery.Reporting to and working closely with the MHCI Associate Program Director, the Program Manager works in a sustainable, high-quality way to 1) manage admissions and onboarding processes and 2) support students’ academic success and program operations.The Program Manager leads administrative admissions processes for the MHCI and related programs. This entails collecting and tracking application materials across multiple application deadlines throughout the year; effective, timely, and clear communication (verbal and written) with applicants, references, and the Admissions Committee; shepherding and troubleshooting processes through the admissions software; and managing and supporting alumni interviewers.The position also manages program communications, such as student and alumni newsletters, special announcements, and course info for partnerprograms. They maintain internal (Canvas) and external (Drupal) websites and they support co-curricular activities for students and alumni. Students in MEHP Online programs are working professionals across diverse roles andorganizations who are passionate about improving health care.The Program Manager supports these students as they enroll in the program, register for courses, and seek help with administrative issues regarding email accounts, billing, and more.
