Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end program management of multiple concurrent projects across a line of business, driving financial results and process improvement. The ideal candidate will be deadline-driven, accountable, and ALL-IN for the financial success of all programs overseen.

The role requires oversight of budgets, governance, and customer liaison, with a strong ALL-IN culture focused on safety, wellness, learning, diversity, and giving back to communities.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integrated program execution to align with strategic, operational, and customer objectives.
• Coordinate interdependencies across projects, teams, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Establish program priorities, timelines, milestones, and governance processes.
• Monitor overall program performance, risks, and resource allocation.
• Maintain accountability for overall program financial performance, including budgets, P&L, forecasting, and WIP.
• Drive financial discipline through budget oversight, cost controls, revenue tracking, and variance analysis.
• Identify financial risks and mitigate to protect profitability and performance.
• Implement and enforce PMO standards, governance, and best practices across projects.
• Serve as the primary customer and program liaison for all activities.
• Build relationships to align cross-functional stakeholders to drive satisfaction.
• Drive accountability, transparency, and collaboration across teams.
• Lead and motivate teams to meet project goals.

• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee integrated program execution to ensure alignment with strategic, operational, and customer objectives
• Coordinate interdependencies across projects, teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Establish program priorities, timelines, milestones, and governance processes
• Monitor overall program performance, risks, and resource allocation to drive successful outcomes
• Maintain accountability for overall program financial performance, including aggregated budgets, P&L, forecasting, and work-in-progress (WIP)
• Drive financial discipline through budget oversight, cost controls, revenue tracking, and variance analysis
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect program profitability and performance
• Implement and enforce PMO standards, methodologies, governance, and best practices across projects
• Serve as the primary customer and program liaison for all program-related activities and communications
• Build strong relationships to align internal cross-functional stake holders to drive customer satisfaction without direct authority over outcomes
• Drive accountability, transparency, and collaboration across operational teams
• Drives operational team KPI’s to contribute to and ensure end-to-end program success
• Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phones
• This role operates out of an environmentally controlled office environment
• When working on site, will be required to wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• 3-5+ years of project management experience required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required

This position pays between $100,000 and $165,000 base and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
