Job summary

Randstad Digital in Omaha, NE is seeking a contract Program Manager to lead multiple enterprise projects onsite. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivering program milestones from inception to delivery.

You will oversee governance across a large portfolio, drive stakeholder engagement, monitor budgets and performance, and communicate progress to executives. Salary is $65.00–$71.81 per hour, with standard 9am–5pm hours.

• Proven track record leading large-scale enterprise application transformations.
• Hands-on experience driving governance across large project portfolios (~20 simultaneous projects).
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
