Job summary

Bridgenext, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee large-scale digital transformation programs for multiple clients. You will connect clients, delivery teams, and executives to ensure initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities include end-to-end program leadership, budget and risk management, and mentoring teams in hybrid delivery models. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of digital project or program management, ideally in consulting or agency.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream digital transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, product design, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and distributed teams.
• Experience leading AI-enabled digital solutions across the SDLC.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or CSM are a plus.

• Identify delivery risks early and proactively manage issue resolution.
• Mentor project teams in agile and hybrid delivery methods to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Coach, mentor, and guide delivery teams to foster collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Position Description

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs across multiple clients and cross-functional teams. You will act as the strategic connector between clients, delivery teams, and executive stakeholders—ensuring that all initiatives align with business goals, meet quality standards, and deliver measurable value.

Workplace: Full-time remote role based in US, travelling as needed, and supporting US-based clients

Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in digital project or program management, ideally in consulting or agency environment

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream digital transformation programs

• Strong knowledge of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models

• Deep understanding of digital platforms, product design, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems

• Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and large distributed teams

• Expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver AI-enabled digital solutions, from concept through deployment, leveraging AI across the SDLC

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, OR CSM are a plus but not required

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — capable of engaging executives, technical teams, and end-users alike
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
