Job summary

Bridgenext, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee large-scale digital transformation programs for multiple clients. You will connect clients, delivery teams, and executives to ensure initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities include end-to-end program leadership, budget and risk management, and mentoring teams in hybrid delivery models. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of digital project or program management, ideally in consulting or agency.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream digital transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, product design, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and distributed teams.
• Experience leading AI-enabled digital solutions across the SDLC.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or CSM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery for multiple digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while driving accountability across teams.
• Oversee multiple project managers, design, engineering, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for program outcomes and track performance against goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and client sponsors.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees and executive reporting to ensure transparency and trust.
• Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans and ensure continuous client satisfaction.
• Establish and optimize delivery frameworks, governance models, and agile best practices across projects.
• Identify delivery risks early and proactively manage issue resolution.
• Mentor project teams in agile and hybrid delivery methods to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Coach, mentor, and guide delivery teams to foster collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
