• Customer-facing manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with customer contacts, commercial teams, and manufacturing engineers as the program advocate.
• Partner with Account Manager to support customer satisfaction and long-term program success.
• Facilitate customer visits, support line trials, ensure expectations are defined and documented.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as the critical link between our customers and manufacturing operations. This is a highly visible role focused on customer satisfaction, program performance, operational excellence, and profitability across multiple manufacturing programs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands complex manufacturing operations, and enjoys building strong relationships while driving results.

Responsibilities/Duties

Responsible for developing strong relationships with customer contacts, commercial teams, and manufacturing engineers while serving as the customers advocate throughout the life of the program. They will partner with Account Manager to support customer satisfaction and the long-term success of the program with duties that include facilitating customer visits, supporting line trails, and ensuring customer expectations are clearly defined and documented.

Additional functionality includes:

• Oversee program development planning and timing milestones.
• Monitor ongoing program performance, delivery, quality metrics, scrap performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customer requirements, control plans, and program documentation are accurately maintained.
• Verify program profitability through BOM and quotation analysis.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop cost studies to prioritize improvement projects, identify cost reduction opportunities and drive operational excellence.
• Ability to work across the organization to manage projects.
• Lead meetings, document observations, and drive action plans across multiple organizational levels.

Desired Experience

• BS in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, program, operations, or plant management.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering and ideally Injection Molding.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and SharePoint.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and team collaboration skills.
• Customer-facing manufacturing experience.
• Continuous improvement and cost-reduction experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements.
