Job summary

The New Jewish Home Career Center is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Memory Impaired program within the Adult Day Health Care setting in New York. You will supervise staff, coordinate person-centered care, and ensure high-quality, compliant program delivery.

This role involves leading care planning, supporting caregivers, coordinating with community partners, and ensuring timely communication with program leadership. Experience in memory care or adult day health care is a plus.

• Supervise, train, and support staff, interns, and volunteers.
