Supervise, train, and evaluate Program Directors on their alignment with the company mission and values
Full cycle recruitment
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to make sure program is in alignment with operational procedures
Build relationships and work with key stakeholders
Develop systems to help manage day-to-day operations (attendance, reporting, evaluation, etc.)
Work with Program Directors to set goals and track budgets
Obtain or renew SACC licenses and ensure compliance with requirements
Track Training hours and maintain detailed training logs for all staff
Conduct site visite to oversee implementation and maintenance of programs
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, Child Development or related field
2+ years of supervisory experience
NYS OCFS School Age Child Care Director credentials preferred
Working knowledge of public education and after school systems
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Competency in data analysis
