Job summary

Harrington Starr, on behalf of our client in Financial Services Technology, seeks a Senior Program Manager in New York to own a portfolio of client delivery projects for top capital markets institutions.

Candidates should have 15+ years delivering technology for software vendors in capital markets, 5+ years leading large, revenue-bearing programmes, and deep buy/sell-side workflow experience; US citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology delivery within software vendors serving capital markets.
• 5+ years leading large, commercially-owned projects – budget/revenue ownership, senior stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of both buy- and sell-side workflows in capital markets.
• US citizenship or permanent residency required.
• Experience delivering large, complex technology or data programmes in financial services.
• Comfort working across multiple systems, stakeholders and integration points.
• PMP, Six Sigma or Agile experience.
• Exposure to investment operations or regulatory reporting workflows.
