Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a program manager to oversee complex business initiatives spanning multiple projects. You will ensure alignment of scope, timing, budgets, and quality, while partnering with project managers and leaders to implement robust processes.

This role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder reporting, and driving on-time delivery across business units. A degree plus PM experience are required, with familiarity with Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the design, development and implementation of Business Unit or Company programs. Develops business case in support of program strategy and ensures integration of associated projects, project scopes, timing, and budgets.
  • Partners with project managers and project leaders to assist them with implementing project management processes and making improvement/changes. Coordinates with multiple project managers to assemble overall program plan.
  • Oversees consistent application of established project management processes and methodologies across all projects within the program. Ensures projects are collectively on time and within budget while meeting quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Accountable for plans and teamwork assignments, coordinating work efforts, reviewing integrated project plans, escalating and communicating resource needs, ensuring completion of quality reviews, and driving the resolution of issues. Responsible for tracking key project milestones, identifying and managing risks, and recommending adjustments to Project Managers.
  • Communicates with leadership and other stakeholders on program strategy, direction and changes. Partners with business leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve program objectives. Provides reporting and updates to leaders and program stakeholders at regular intervals.
  • Performs other duties as requested.

SUMMARY

The base pay for this position generally is between $81,800.00 and $120,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
