Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Program Manager to lead a new internal product organization within a highly regulated aerospace/defense environment. This on-site role is located in Mason, OH, and oversees cross-functional teams from concept through production, shaping long-term product strategy.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in regulated NPD, strong Agile expertise, capacity planning, and a track record of effective stakeholder management, with the ability to obtain Secret

• 7+ years of experience leading new product development in a regulated environment.
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies, capacity planning, and program management tools.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

• Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000 depending on experience
