Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to orchestrate complex, cross‑functional engineering initiatives in Los Angeles. You will align engineering, product, and data teams to deliver high‑impact systems on schedule, removing blockers and implementing rigorous planning frameworks.

Responsibilities include driving end‑to‑end delivery across teams, establishing roadmaps and milestones, and running regular planning and review sessions.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of technical program or project management experience in high-growth software/tech companies.
• Deep familiarity with agile and scrum methodologies, including Jira, Notion, and GitHub.
• Strong technical literacy to reason through software architecture, APIs, and data pipelines with engineering teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and written communication across technical and non-technical functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Bonus: PMP or Scrum Master certification and experience scaling distributed engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly syncs, sprint planning, and retrospectives to surface risks early.

• Define program KPIs and report progress to executive stakeholders.
• Manage vendor integrations and third-party dependencies.

The role orchestrates complex technical initiatives end-to‑end, aligning engineering, product, and data teams to deliver high-impact systems on schedule. The program manager removes cross-functional blockers, establishes rigorous planning frameworks, and ensures technical delivery scales seamlessly with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to‑end delivery of complex technical programs across engineering and product organizations using Jira and Confluence
• Establish clear roadmaps, dependency mappings, and milestone tracking to ensure alignment on aggressive delivery targets
• Run weekly syncs, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain momentum and surface engineering risks early
• Partner with technical leads to scope projects, allocate engineering resources, and manage technical debt
• Define program KPIs, report progress to executive stakeholders, and iterate on execution processes
• Manage vendor integrations and third‑party technical dependencies required for program success

What We Are Looking For
