As a Senior Program Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead and manage complex aerospace and defense programs ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. You will be responsible for defining program scope, objectives, and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful program execution. Your role will include developing and implementing program plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and mitigating risks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
You will report directly to our Program Senior Director, and you’ll work out of our Woburn, MA location. This position requires working on-site on a 9/80 work schedule. In this role, you will impact the aerospace and defense business by driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of critical aerospace programs that enhance flight safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
The annual base salary range for this position is $195,500- $244,950. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
