Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, coordinating requirements, schedules, risks, and cross-functional partners across the company. Projects often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres.

The role sits within the Technical Infrastructure team, supporting data center operations, hardware, software and process integration, with competitive compensation including salary in the US, 20% bonus target, equity and comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the effective execution of all planning, scheduling, and control processes for data center operational activities.
• Collaborate extensively with partners and stakeholders to ensure synchronized efforts, effectively sequencing the arrival of materials and resources.
• Lead the design, launch, and scaling of the Operations Command Center, a centralized capability providing end-to-end visibility and orchestration across TPU deployments.
• Shift and deploy teams in advance of work as projects need to change, develop and maintain schedules and optimize resource leveling.
• Gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, and develop schedules to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Proficient experience in program or project management, mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers, chip fab), operations, Manufacturing/Product Engineering, PDM/Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain.
• Experience in a role leading coordination across multiple technical teams. Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of achieving project objectives on schedule and within budget.
• Integrated approach to lifecycle management of data center operations, including hardware, software, and process.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and presentation skills.
