Job summary

Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Lakehurst, NJ seeks a Program Manager to serve as the primary PM authority for NAWCADLKE, leading the creation of a standardized project management framework and delivering PBE-focused training materials and workshops.

The role requires translating NAVAIR/NAWCAD policies into actionable guidance and advising on complex program challenges to support mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Lead development of a project management framework and standardize tools for planning, work acceptance, and execution tracking.
• Provide expert advisory services to the PM community and act as primary PM authority for the NAWCADLKE Business Office.
• Create and deliver training materials, workshops, and resources focused on Product Based Execution (PBE).
• Synthesize complex NAVAIR/NAWCAD policies into actionable guidance for NAWCADlke.
• Support Naval Aviation Enterprise mission readiness by advising on complex program challenges.
