Job summary

Fusion Life Sciences is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead large-scale business and technology transformation programs in a hybrid setup in Illinois. You will guide multiple workstreams, manage PMO governance, and provide clear executive reporting and dashboards to steering committees.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in program management, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on budgeting, forecasting, and vendor oversight. Pharma or life sciences experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program/project management and enterprise transformations.
• Strong PMO governance, integrated planning, RAID, and dependency management.
• Executive dashboards, status reports, and steering committee presentations.
• Budget forecasting, financial tracking, and vendor oversight.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Preferred: Pharma, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences experience; PMP/PgMP certification.
• Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, or Azure DevOps is a plus.

Candidates must demonstrate experience managing multiple workstreams, influencing senior stakeholders, driving issue resolution, and coordinating complex programs independently.
