Job summary

JMD Technologies Inc. in the Greater Hudson Area, NH, is seeking a Hardware Program Manager to lead defense hardware programs from development through production in a hybrid work setting.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Contracts to ensure schedule, cost, and quality while meeting government contracting obligations, ITAR, and EVMS requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program/project management experience in defense hardware.
• Experience with Government Contracts, ITAR, and EVMS.
• Proven hardware product development and production program experience.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense or SATCOM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware program execution across full product lifecycle from development through production and in-service support.
• Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, and customer commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Finance, Contracts, and Program Planning.
• Support RFPs, develop Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, schedules, and compliance documentation.
• Track and report program KPIs, milestones, risks, and corrective actions to leadership and customers.
• Ensure compliance with government contracting requirements and contractual obligations.

About the role

Join a cross-functional team leading the execution of complex defense hardware programs from new product development through production. This role partners with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Contracts to deliver high-performance embedded computing solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hardware program execution across the full product lifecycle, from development through production and in-service support.
• Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, and customer commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Finance, Contracts, and Program Planning.

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency)

• Estimated hourly range: $45–$48/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
