Job summary

Laureus USA is seeking a Program Manager to launch and grow the Laureus Sport for Good Dallas initiative by building a coalition of local nonprofit partners and coordinating the Leadership Council. You will report to the City Director and oversee grantmaking processes, events, and partner engagement.

Responsibilities include managing a coalition of partners, coordinating meetings and communications, supporting data collection and reporting, and representing Laureus USA with community

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of program coordination or partnerships experience.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to equity and inclusion; ability to work with leadership.
• Basic data tracking or CRM experience preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently while collaborating with leadership.Basic data tracking, reporting, or CRM experience preferred.
