• Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations, contract terms, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position serves as the primary liaison between the customer, corporate leadership, and program staff, planning and directing program activities, monitoring performance, and providing overall technical, schedule, and cost direction, while supervising and evaluating assigned program staff. This role requires ten (10) years of project management experience, including five (5) years involving Federal Government programs, with demonstrated experience providing administrative oversight, corporate management, and overall technical, schedule, and cost direction. This position requires a DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position supervises program staff assigned to the contract, including task leads and support personnel.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Work is typically performed in an office setting, which may include a government facility. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

May require lifting up to 25 pounds.

WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE:

DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
