Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to steer strategic and tactical IT initiatives in a hybrid delivery environment. You will influence senior stakeholders, partner with technical teams, and drive multiple programs from planning through delivery.

Ideal candidates bring strong program leadership, learning agility, and ability to bridge knowledge gaps between business and tech teams. The role supports a remote-friendly schedule and extensive vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience delivering IT or software initiatives.
  • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage full project and program lifecycles from initiation through delivery.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple concurrent IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment to business strategy and delivery of measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to business and technology stakeholders, facilitating decision-making and managing expectations.
  • Provide end-to-end program oversight including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and delivery quality.
  • Drive change management efforts and proactively identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Translate business needs into clear program objectives and execution plans in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Establish and maintain program reporting, health metrics and executive-level communications.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and resource planning with development, infrastructure and operations partners.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve delivery practices, team effectiveness and business outcomes.

TQL is seeking a highly capable IT Program Manager to support strategic and tactical planning, execution and delivery of complex IT programs. This role is intended for a seasoned program manager who can operate independently, influence senior stakeholders and lead multiple initiatives in an Agile and hybrid delivery environment.
