This role demands a professional who has honed their skills over at least a decade in a management capacity, adept at navigating the complexities of project oversight and skilled at driving interdepartmental coordination to surpass review and approval benchmarks.***What You’ll Do*****As a** **Program Manager****, you will be responsible for all aspects of the deployment and management of contractor support personnel assigned to work on all Task Orders awarded under the IDIQ contract.** **You will be located in the DMV area and** **expected to be onsite 100% with occasional** **OCONUS travel.****The tasks include, but are not limited to:*** Fully coordinate and collaborate on all tasks, activities, requirements and issues as they pertain to the support of the Customer* Identify issues and adapt program plans according to the Customer feedback on program cost, performance, quality, schedule and risk.* Develop plans and schedules, and define and document the implementation of requirements* Use established program management procedures to monitor cost, schedule, inventory, and performance; assess variances of the plan and take necessary corrective action.* Review and clarify contract requirements as they are dispensed from the requirements management tool, and propose cleared, qualified personnel to expeditiously fulfill the requirements* Identify potential downstream issues that may negatively affect meeting requirements and provide recommendations to mitigate negative impacts* Manage customer expectations with proactive, consistent and transparent communication.* Ensure continuity of support with contractor personnel changes and approving of TO staffing alignments /allocations* Interface with the CO, COTR and Government leadership* Oversee the execution of the Transition Plan* Oversee the management and implementation of the PMP* Serve as the primary point of contact for formal discussion with the customer, including frequent customer interaction with the intent to sustain and improve customer satisfaction* Oversee the Contractor’s Environmental, Health and Safety functions, ensuring that all safe work practices are being followed* Monitor cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs* Oversee the coordination of work priorities and monitoring of methods, procedures and programs* Improve cost-effectiveness and efficiency* Oversee the monitoring and inspecting of maintenance, repair and service operations for quality control and contract compliance* Ensure that management and contract reports are accurate before submission.**This is a contingent position based upon contract award****Requirements*** Must possess a TS/SCI with current Poly* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering plus a total of ten (10) years’ experience in Management level positions. OR,* Bachelor’s degree in another field and ten (10) years of experience in project level positions PLUS six (6) years’ experience in field of Engineering or Business* PMP Certification (Project Management Professional)* Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.* Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics* Knowledge of customer exercise or crisis management communities and experience planning, coordinating and executing support to special events* Familiarity and willingness to manage a 24/7/365 operational environment### Basic Compensation:### $209,000 – $278,700 annually (This range is for the VA area only)
