Job summary

Holly Hill Child & Family Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead clinical and support staff, oversee treatment planning, and ensure services meet contractual requirements. This role requires strong supervision, coordination across departments, and commitment to client outcomes.

The position is full-time with paid training, competitive compensation, benefits after 30 days, and ample opportunities for professional development and leadership growth within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years progressively responsible experience in residential and non-residential program/facility with 2 years’ experience in supervisory or managerial level
  • MA/MS in related field and minimum 3 years progressive experience in residential/non-residential program/facility with 1 year supervisory/managerial experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Current and valid auto insurance, driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Supervises, hires staff, evaluates performance and enforces HR policies.
  • Oversees clients’ individualized treatment planning process and provides assistance as required.
  • Direct supervision of direct care staff and coordination with clinical, supervisory, and educational departments.
  • Oversee staff scheduling to ensure compliance with contractual guidelines and fair scheduling.
  • Review timesheets and submit payroll in a timely manner.
  • Participates in STAR and Treatment Team conferences.
  • Regularly supervises clients in daily program activities and ensures contractual compliance.
  • Monitors performance measures monthly and supports quality improvements.
  • Engages with all departments to address program improvements.
  • Coordinates training needs for regulatory compliance.
  • Serves as liaison between supervisory staff and facility management.
  • Assists with programmatic goal development and client flow.
  • Oversees onsite and off-site activities and volunteer involvement.
  • Monitors supplies within budgetary guidelines.

What You’ll Do (Other duties may be assigned)
  • Supervises, assists with hiring, and evaluates staff performance, develops measurable objectives for necessary improvements and implements appropriate corrective action to staff adhering to human resources policies and utilizing Human Resources when necessary.
  • Oversees clients’ individualized treatment planning process and provides assistance as required.
  • Provides direct supervision of direct care staff members and coordinates with other clinical, supervisory, and educational departments on programmatic activities to optimize client services.
  • Oversee direct care staff members' scheduling to ensure compliance with maximum contractual guidelines, control overtime, and ensure fair and equitable staff member schedules.
  • Review and approve direct care staff members timesheets to ensure accuracy and completeness and submit to appropriate payroll personnel in a timely manner to process payroll at the end of each pay period.
  • Participates in conferences, including STAR and Treatment Team, for the discussion of behavior and client progression, and provides direction to other supervisory staff members.
  • Regularly participates with and supervises clients in specific daily programmatic activities. Ensures contractual compliance and services provided in a professional manner.
  • Reviews performance measures on a monthly basis, and case files on a monthly basis for quality and timeliness, and provides direction and assistance to other supervisory staff as needed.
  • Engages proactively and collaboratively with all departments, including clinical and support, to address and improve the program.
  • Evaluates and coordinates training needs with the training staff and assists with ensuring training needs are met for regulatory compliance purposes.
  • Serves as a point of contact between supervisory staff and program/facility management.
  • Assists program/facility director with programmatic goals and development.
  • Assists with managing client flow such as entering, discharging, and reentering program/facility.
  • Oversees and coordinates all onsite and off-site activities, and volunteer involvement in programming.
  • Monitor the ordering of all supplies and materials for the program/facility for the vocational, educational, clinical, and educational departments to operate effective programmatic activities remaining within budgetary and fiscal guidelines.
  • Attends staff meetings and conferences.
