Henderson Scott US is recruiting a Program Manager for a leading Boston university. The role will work with the CIO, Head of Enrollment Management and the Provost to evaluate and reengineer Student Information System processes and organizational structures, laying the foundation for a modern, seamless global student experience.

The candidate will look at business processes, identify root causes, and develop solutions in a hybrid Boston-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes within the SIS ecosystem to identify root causes
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders (CIO, Enrollment Management, Provost) to design solutions
• Evaluate organizational structures to enable a modern, seamless student experience
• Develop and present actionable recommendations for process reengineering
