Job summary

DigiKey, a world-class distributor of electronic components, seeks a Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation programs in a hybrid setting. You’ll own the full lifecycle from concept to benefits realization, coordinating across business, technology, and vendor partners to deliver measurable value.

You’ll guide multi-workstream roadmaps, manage budgets, and drive change management with a focus on operational excellence and executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives involving ERP/OMS.
• Ability to drive programs from strategy through benefits realization.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project management.

As a Program Manager within the Transformation Office, you will lead high-impact strategic initiatives from concept through implementation, stabilization, and benefits realization. This role is accountable for the full program lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, change management, stakeholder alignment, and outcome delivery.

Working across business, technology, and vendor partners, you'll drive complex transformation programs that enhance operational excellence, improve efficiency, and support DigiKey's long-term strategic objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead multiple enterprise transformation programs aligned to key business priorities.
• Develop and manage integrated program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and delivery plans across multiple workstreams.
• Measure and track program benefits, ROI, and business outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
• Provide clear and consistent communication to executive leadership and key stakeholders regarding status, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Establish and oversee change management strategies that support successful implementation and user adoption.
• Build governance frameworks, define KPIs, and deliver meaningful program reporting.
• Collaborate with functional leaders on resource planning, capacity management, and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen program management best practices across the organization.
• Manage vendor performance, contractual commitments, deliverables, and risks.
• Mentor and support project managers to grow organizational program management capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Proven success managing large, cross-functional transformation programs in complex organizations.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives involving ERP, OMS, or other large-scale business systems.
• Demonstrated ability to drive programs from strategy and design through implementation and benefits realization.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience leading organizational change and stakeholder engagement efforts.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Oracle, Manhattan, or Salesforce OMS.
• Excellent planning, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within supply chain, order fulfillment, distribution, or related industries.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational environments and build alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and decision-making capabilities.

Salary Range: $115,000 – $160,000 annually
