Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Direct Hire Program Manager for a growing aerospace and supply chain solutions client. This role supports the Commercial team, customer accounts, operations, and cross-functional partners, with a focus on delivering complex programs on time and within scope.

Remote Bethpage, NY preferred; Texas considered. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, with benefits and long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Experience in program management, project management, account management, or customer-facing operations within aerospace, manufacturing, or related industry.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a major customer account, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
• Manage customer programs valued between $35M and $90M annually and oversee project milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing updates on order status, timelines, and performance.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, quality, and leadership teams to support program success and customer satisfaction.
