ManpowerGroup is seeking a Direct Hire Program Manager for the Commercial team. Remote Bethpage, NY (Preferred) with Texas considered.

You will manage major customer programs valued between $35M and $90M annually and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and delivery dates. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring on-time performance and proactive issue resolution across operations, procurement, quality

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Experience in Program Management, Project Management, Account Management, or Customer-Facing Operations within aerospace, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.

As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Commercial team supporting key customer accounts, operations, and cross-functional business partners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer relationship management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.
