Job summary

Lonza Bend is seeking a results-oriented Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across the Lonza network. This fully site-based role guides projects through milestones, aligns teams, and ensures on-time, high-quality delivery of pharmaceutical manufacturing initiatives.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and program performance, serve as the primary operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders, and partner with account management to execute long-term strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a science or engineering field.
  • Experience in project or program management within a regulated environment.
  • Background in pharmaceutical, chemical, or life sciences industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and standard office applications
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects successfully.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams.
  • Clear and effective communication skills with customers and stakeholders.

The actual location of this job is in Bend, Oregon. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional programs that deliver high-quality outcomes for customers. You will guide projects through key milestones, align teams, and ensure successful execution across the Lonza network.

This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
