Job summary

Lonza Group Ltd. in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs delivering high-quality outcomes for customers. This full-time, site-based role requires guiding projects through milestones with close, real-time collaboration in a regulated life sciences environment.

You'll partner with account management, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and governance structures, and drive risk mitigation while ensuring compliance and safety standards across Lonza’s network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science/engineering.
• Experience in project or program management within a regulated environment.
• Background in pharmaceutical, chemical, or life sciences industries preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools and standard office applications.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects successfully.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across the full program lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

The actual location of this job is in Bend, Oregon. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional programs that deliver high-quality outcomes for customers. You will guide projects through key milestones, align teams, and ensure successful execution across the Lonza network. This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
