Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries seeks a Program Manager to provide integrated cybersecurity and systems lifecycle engineering support for DoD/FM systems. The role emphasizes RMF/A&A, vulnerability management, and compliance engineering, with responsibility for program planning, execution, and governance across multiple task areas.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 10 years of PM experience, plus preference for a Master's and Government contracting background.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required and ten years of relevant project management experience or equivalent combination of education/experience. Masters preferred.
  • Two to five years (2-5) years of program management experience preferred.
  • Ten (10) years of government contracting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall program management and integrated technical oversight across all task areas.
  • Engineering program planning and execution.
  • IMS management.
  • Risk identification, technical mitigation planning, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Systems engineering technical reviews (e.g., configuration reviews, readiness reviews).
  • Engineering change management coordination.
  • Interface management with SAF/FM, AFIMSC, and AFFSO stakeholders.
  • Performance metric development aligned to QASP objectives.
  • Resource planning and workload balancing.
  • Technical documentation governance and version control.

The essential duties, experience, education requirements, and salary are subject to change.*The Program Manager shall provide integrated cybersecurity and systems lifecycle engineering support. The scope of work focuses on providing cybersecurity support for all DAF FM systems, including Risk Management Framework (RMF) support, Assessment and Authorization (A&A), vulnerability management, and compliance engineering. The scope also encompasses the full range of infrastructure engineering, database administration, and system sustainment for the FMWorkFlow (FMWF) system, and the sustainment of the CyberArk environment.Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. serves as a holding company with multiple subsidiaries engaged in several lines of business (Business Services, Health, Infrastructure and Engineering, Mission Optimization, Technology and Transportation) for the federal government and commercial enterprises. Mas ters preferred.Two to five years ( 2-5 ) years of program management experience preferred.Ten (10) years of government contracting experience preferred.PHYSICAL DEMANDSWork is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects, and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
