This role manages multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and the delivery of measurable outcomes. The position works closely with project managers, clinical and administrative leaders, finance, IT, and external partners to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
The Program Manager leads the planning, execution, and oversight of strategic, cross-functional programs supporting organizational priorities and operational goals. This role manages multiple related projects, coordinates resources and stakeholders, monitors program performance, and ensures successful delivery of program objectives and measurable outcomes. The Program Manager reports to a Director or Senior Director and partners across clinical, administrative, finance, IT, and external teams to support effective program execution, risk management, compliance, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement.
