The Ancillary Application Analyst supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Epic software applications. This role collaborates with clinical and operational teams to analyze workflows, design system solutions, support application enhancements and upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the efficient operation of assigned applications. The position works closely with IT professionals, clinical staff, operational stakeholders, and external vendors to provide ongoing application support and optimization across UT Medicine.
The Ancillary Application Analyst supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Epic software applications. This role collaborates with clinical and operational teams to analyze workflows, design system solutions, and ensure the efficient functioning of assigned applications. The position reports to the Manager of Enterprise Clinical Applications & Informatics and works closely with other IT professionals, clinical staff, and external vendors. Peer roles include other application analysts, data analysts, and IT support specialists.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
$80,000 + depending on qualifications

The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
