Job summary

Saliense is seeking a Senior Program Manager (SRMA) in the Arlington, VA area to lead strategic planning, facilitation services, and cross-functional programs. You will work with senior executives and delivery teams to translate complex technology into clear, decision-ready updates.

Qualifications include 10+ years in SRMA-related roles, 7+ years managing large-scale programs, TS/SCI clearance, and a Bachelor's degree with PMP certification.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of experience supporting SRMA with strategic planning, facilitation services, sector outreach, and performance management and assessments.
• 7+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through closeout, with a track record of delivering on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Technical expertise in National Critical Infrastructure Protection policy and strategy as well as, State/local government critical infrastructure program operations and structures.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, clients, and delivery teams; skilled at translating technical complexity into clear, decision-ready communication
• Proactive approach to identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues before they escalateto keep programs on track in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
• Experience establishing program governance structures, defining KPIs, and producing executive-level status reports, dashboards, and risk registers.
• Establish and maintain technical and financial reports that clearly demonstrate progress of projects to management.
• Ability to connect day-to-day execution to organizational strategy, identify dependencies across initiatives, and influence prioritization decisions at the portfolio level.

Salary Range: $210,000 - $230,000

The final compensation offered may vary based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
