Job summary

Significance is seeking a Program Manager to support a forthcoming federal program (contingent upon award). This hybrid role is based in Alexandria, VA and requires an active Secret clearance.

You will provide overall project leadership and direction for NSWCDD programs, manage scope, schedule, and cost, and coordinate activities to meet contract requirements while delivering results that matter to national security.

Qualifications

• Ten years of project management experience, including five years with Federal Government programs.
• Proven ability to lead project activities and provide overall oversight.
• Experience directing technical, schedule, and cost directions.
• Experience coordinating activities to meet contract requirements.
• Active Secret clearance is required.

Significance Inc. is seeking an Program Manager to support an upcoming federal program (contingent upon award). This role will be a hybrid position located in Alexandria, VA and requires an active Secret clearance.

The Program Manager

The Program Manager will provide overall project leadership and oversight in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) programs. This role is responsible for managing project activities within the scope of the contract and providing overall technical, schedule, and cost direction.

• Coordinate project activities and priorities to ensure contract requirements are met.
• Ten (10) years of project management experience, including five (5) years supporting Federal Government programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing challenging projects and providing overall project oversight.

Desired Skills:

• PMP desired
• Navy, NSWC Dahlgren experience desired
• Navy ERP experience desired
