RTI Consulting, LLC seeks a seasoned program management professional in Springfield, VA, for a full-time role supporting DoD acquisitions. A current DoD Top Secret with SCI or SCI eligibility is required, alongside six years of relevant PM experience in acquisitions.

• Minimum qualifications include DAWIA Practitioner Certification in Program Management (or equivalent).
• Six+ years in program management supporting acquisitions with DAWIA certification.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of DoD Program Management procedures.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS.
• Experience in acquisitions for various products/services.
• Ability to assist with strategic issues, agile policies, planning, negotiation objectives, and contract-type strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in creating process graphics and dashboards.
• Experience with website development for ongoing efforts (e.g., ULO tracking).

Location: Springfield, VA - 1 FTE Clearance Required: Current DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI or SCI Eligible

Required Qualifications: Minimum:

• DAWIA Practitioner Certification in Program Management (or experience, education and training equivalent to a DAWIA Practitioner certification in Program Management)
• A minimum of six (6) years of experience in program management in support of acquisitions with a DAWIA Practitioner certification.
• Strong communication skills with proven capability to provide oral and written presentations
• Expert knowledge of DoD Program Management procedures
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS
• Proven experience in acquisitions for a variety of products and services
• Proven ability to assist with strategic-level issues, agile acquisition policies and procedures, acquisition planning, formulating negotiation strategies, analyzing cost and price data, developing negotiation objectives, and negotiating various contract types
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven visual graphics experience (for example but not limited to Process Flow Charts, graphical briefing charts).
• Proven website development experience for ongoing efforts (i.e. ULO tracking)
